I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. After university, I interned in Australia then went on to work as a manager for a large Bangkok hotel, and eventually found a position in the financial management division at the US Embassy Bangkok. When I moved to Madison, I worked at Wisconsin ESL Institute and discovered I enjoyed working with students. I was an international student advisor at ISS here at UW-Madison before coming to the ESL Program.
I love to travel and have been to more than 37 countries, with Italy, Namibia, and Finland being among my favorites. I love noodles of all kinds, from ramen to rigatoni, and sen mee to soba. My hobbies include photography, hiking, reading, and cooking.
