Martins Enegide

I’m Martins Enegide (he/him/his), a 2nd year student in the Applied English Linguistics program. Before coming to the US in 2018, I had taught ESL for about 5 years. As a teacher, creating a supportive atmosphere that fosters peer to peer learning and robust engagement with the learning materials has always been my goal. I also enjoy learning from my students’ experiences, especially their languages and cultures. Having access to high quality educational materials and a supportive faculty has made it easy for me to impart knowledge as a teaching assistant in the English as Second Language program at UW Madison.
